Attorney Thomas Mincer

Attorney Thomas Earl Mincer has practiced law for over thirty years in the Pike County area. Attorney Mincer has represented thousands of clients in the areas of criminal defense and family law, as well as in complex civil matters. Attorney Mincer is an experienced trial attorney, having tried hundreds of cases in his career.

Attorney Mincer is currently concentrating his practice on criminal defense and family law. Although he has practiced in fifteen different counties in Pennsylvania, his current practice focuses on Northeast Pennsylvania, including Pike County, Wayne County, and Monroe County, Pennsylvania. As one of the most experienced trial attorneys in both the criminal and family law areas, Attorney Mincer has handled some of the most complicated cases.

Attorney Mincer has been a Dingman Township Supervisor for the past 25 years, the last 22 of which he has served as the Chair of Supervisors. He likewise currently serves as solicitor for the Eastern Regional Police Commission, a position he has held for over thirteen years. He and his family have volunteered throughout the community, including Dingman Township Fire & Ambulance, SafeHaven, GAIT, and numerous other non-for-profit organizations.

Attorney Justin Pfaff

Attorney Justin Pfaff is an experienced trial attorney, with extensive experience in criminal defense, family law, and juvenile court matters. Justin’s practice is currently focused on all aspects of criminal defense, including felony, misdemeanor, and summary charges, DUIs, appellate work, juvenile delinquency and dependency matters, and orphan’s court proceedings, including adoptions and name changes. Prior to moving into private practice, Justin was a prosecutor with the Pike County District Attorney’s Office.

Justin Pfaff is a 2013 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. There, he focused on criminal law, interning at the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General and in multiple divisions of the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.

Justin is an active member of the Pike County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He currently serves as a member of the Historical Architectural Review Board in Milford, Pennsylvania, as well as serves as the solicitor for the Milford Borough Zoning Board and the Milford Borough Civil Service Commission. Justin served on the steering committee for CASA of Pike County and is an active participant in the Pike County Local Children’s Roundtable. Justin’s current practice focuses on Northeast Pennsylvania, including Pike County, Wayne County, and Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
